易误诊的老年原发性甲减非特异性症状临床探讨

摘要

Objective:to improve clinicians on senile hypothyroidism patient identification ability.Methods:26 cases of hypothyroidism in elderly patients clinical data analysis.Results:older hypothyroid misdiagnosis rate is high, the group of newly diagnosed hypothyroidism in only 4 cases, misdiagnosed as chronic heart failure, nephrotic syndrome, senile dementia. Conclusion:the clinical manifestations of hypothyroidism in elderly people are lack of specificity, should be familiar with the various atypical symptoms, combined with laboratory tests, improving the clinical comprehensive ability of analysis.%目的:提高临床医生对老年甲减病人的识别能力.方法:对老年26例甲减病人临床资料进行分析.结果:老年人甲减误诊率高,本组初诊甲减仅4例,易误诊为慢性心衰、肾病综合征、老年痴呆.结论:老年人甲减临床表现缺乏特异性,应熟悉种种不典型症状,结合实验室检查,提高临床综合分析能力.
