预混胰岛素与基础-餐时胰岛素治疗方案的多项目临床观察

摘要

Objective:To study the effects of premixed insulin and foundation-prandial insulin regimen.Methods:Patients with diabetes were collected as study object and randomly divided into the observation group given premixed insulin and control group given foundation-prandial insulin.Then diabetic-related index, function of target organ and quality of life were observed.Results:FBG, PBG and HbA1c of observation group were significantly lower than control group;LEVF, LVEDD, Ccr, KPS, MUNSH, ESCA score, and overall quality of life were significantly higher than control group.Conclusion:Premixed insulin which can control blood glucose, improve the function of target organ, and quality of life has a positive therapeutic significance.%目的：研究预混胰岛素与基础-餐时胰岛素治疗方案的临床疗效。方法：选择2型糖尿病患者作为研究对象，随机分为给予预混胰岛素的观察组和基础-餐时胰岛素的对照组，检测外周血中糖尿病相关指标、靶器官功能相关指标以及生活质量相关指标。结果：观察组空腹血糖、餐后2 h血糖、糖化血红蛋白均明显低于对照组；LEVF、LVEDD、Ccr、KPS评分、MUNSH评分、ESCA评分、总体生活质量评分均明显高于对照组。结论：预混胰岛素有利于控制血糖、改善靶器官功能、提高生活质量，具有积极的治疗意义。
