The table has side columns at the right and left of the table providing conversion of carbohydrate into portions of carbohydrates based on repository of the portions. Central columns provide results of calculations of the insulin unit to be injected based on quantity of ingested carbohydrates or portions of the carbohydrates and coefficients of predefined individual meals serving unit. The central columns have different colors. Fluorescent green colored lines on an upper part of the table represent the coefficients of predefined individual meals serving unit.
