症状性颅内蛛网膜囊肿的手术治疗方法和效果

Investigate operation effect of of symptomatic intracranial arachnoid cysts,for reference.Methods:Choose 80 patients from Mar. 2010 to Feb. 2013 in our hospital as research object,randomly grouping.A group using the traditional craniotomy operation,B group were treated with endoscopic operation.Compared two groups with operation efficiency,differences in complication rate,hospitalization time.Results:Compared of operation efficiency,no statistically significant difference between the 2 groups (P>0.05). Compared with A group,the complication rate in B group was significantly lower,the hospitalization time was significantly shorter,has statistically significant difference (P<0.05).Conclusion:Neuroendoscopic operation of symptomatic intracranial arachnoid cyst curative effect is exact,fewer complications,faster recovery,is worthy of clinical application.%目的：探讨症状性颅内蛛网膜囊肿的手术治疗效果,以供参考。方法：选择2010年3月~2013年2月我院症状性颅内蛛网膜囊肿患者80例作为研究对象,随机分组。A组采用传统开颅手术治疗,B组采用神经内镜手术治疗。比较两组患者手术有效率、并发症发生率、住院时间的差异性。结果：比较两组手术有效率发现,组间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。B组并发症发生率明显低于A组,住院时间明显短于A组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论：神经内镜手术治疗对症状性颅内蛛网膜囊肿疗效确切、并发症少、恢复快,值得临床推广应用。
