神经外科重症监护患者并发肺部感染的原因分析及防治对策

摘要

Objective:To explore the cause analysis and prevention countermeasures of ICU patients with pulmonary infection in department of neurosurgery. Methods:The clinical data of 125 ICU patients with pulmonary infection of Neurosurgery were retrospective analyzed, and at the same period, 120 ICU patients with no pulmonary infection of Neurosurgery were selected as the control group, and summarized the cause of lung infection, and put forward relevant prevention and control measures. Results:The poor expectoration and aspiration, invasive operation, disturbance of consciousness, hormones and antibiotics, long-term use of malnutrition and suffering from lung disease were the main causes of ICU patients complicated with pulmonary infection in department of neurosurgery. Conclusion:Every effective measures should be taken for prevention and control of the main risk factors. It could effectively reduce the incidence rate of NCU Neurosurgery patients complicated with pulmonary infection, and promote patients early recovery.%目的：探讨神经外科重症监护患者并发肺部感染的原因及相关的防治对策。方法：回顾性分析125例神经外科重症监护患者并发肺部感染患者的病例资料，同期选择120例神经外科重症监护患者未发生肺部感染的患者作为对照组，总结导致肺部感染发生的原因，并提出相关的防治措施。结果：排痰不畅及误吸、侵入性操作、意识障碍、激素和抗生素长期使用、营养不良和患有肺部原发病均为引起神经外科NCU合并肺部感染的主要原因。结论：针对主要危险因素采取各项有效防治措施，可有效降低神经外科NCU合并肺部感染的发生率，促进患者早日康复。
