梅毒血清学检验中不同方法检定结果的观察分析

摘要

Objective:To observe and analyze the test results of different methods in syphilis serology.Methods:The clinical data of 50 cases of syphilis patients who had been treated in our hospital from March,2012 to March,2013 were retrospectively analyzed. Results:Compared to TRUST,ELISA,the positive rate,sensitivity and specificity of TPPA was significantly higher, the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion:TPPA test method has higher positive rate,sensitivity and specificity in the syphilis test,and deserves to be widely promoted in the clinical.%目的：观察分析梅毒血清学检验中不同方法检定的结果。方法：对我院2012年3月至2013年3月收治的50例梅毒患者的临床资料进行回顾性分析。结果：和TRUST、ELISA相比,TPPA具有明显较高的阳性检出率、敏感性和特异性,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论：TPPA检验方法在梅毒的检验中具有较高的阳性检出率、敏感性和特异性,值得在临床广为推广。
