手术联合糖皮质激素治疗眼眶炎性假瘤的临床研究

摘要

目的：探析手术联合糖皮质激素治疗眼眶炎性假瘤的临床疗效。方法：收集2011年1月～2012年1月我院眼眶炎性假瘤患者50例，随机分为两组，每组患者25例，对照组仅采取手术进行治疗，观察组采取手术切除联合皮质类固醇治疗，观察两组患者治疗后的效果以及随访3年的复发情况。结果：观察组总体治疗有效率为92%，较对照组的68%的治疗有效率显著要高，P＜0.05，观察组完成随访的22例患者中，1例发现复发，复发率为4.54%，对照组完成随访的21例患者中，发现4例复发，复发率为19.05%，显著升高，P＜0.05。结论：糖皮质激素和手术切除联合治疗对眼眶炎性假瘤可以取得很好的疗效，复发率低，治愈率高。%Objective: To investigate the surgical resection combined with glucocorticoids therapy clinical effects of orbital inlfammatory pseudotumor.Methods:Hospital between January 2011 to January 2012 orbital pseudotumor treated 50 patients were randomly divided into control group and observation group,25 patients in each group ,the control group only take surgery treatment ,observation group to take surgical resection combined with corticosteroid therapy ,the effect of the two groups were observed after treatment and follow-up of recurrence three years.Results:The overall treatment effective rate of 92 %,68 % of the treatment group compared with the control efifciency was signiifcantly higher,P<0.05,the observation group to complete the follow-up of 22 patients ,one case found the recurrence rate was 4.54% the control group,21 patients completed follow-up found in four cases the recurrence rate was 19.05%,signiifcantly higher,P<0.05. Conclusion:Glucocorticoids therapy and surgical resection of orbital pseudotumor can get a good effect,low recurrence rate and high cure rate,worthy of further promotion and clinical applications.
