目的：分析系统化护理对术后患者下肢深静脉血栓和肺栓塞发生率的影响。方法：随机选取我院产科在2013年10月～2015年10月期间收治的95例患者为研究对象，并将其分为观察组（n=48例）和对照组（n=47例），其中对照组患者采用常规护理干预，观察组患者实施系统化护理干预，对比分析两组患者的下肢深静脉血栓和肺栓塞发生率。结果：观察组患者下肢深静脉血栓发生率（4.17%）明显低于对照组（25.53%），观察组患者肺栓塞发生率（2.08%）显著低于对照组（17.02%），两组对比差异显著（P＜0.05）；观察组患者的护理满意度（97.9%）远远高于对照组（80.0%），两组对比差异具有显著统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论：系统化护理干预能够明显降低妇产科术后患者下肢深静脉血栓和肺栓塞的发生率，大大提高了产妇和新生儿的身体健康度，在临床中具有非常重要的意义。%Objective: To analysis of systematic nursing for patients with postoperative incidence of lower extremity deep vein thrombosis and pulmonary embolism.Methods:Randomly selected from our hospital obstetrics in October 2013 to October 2015 admitted during the period of 95 cases of obstetric patients as the research object,and it can be divided into observation group (n=48 cases) and control group (n=47),the control group were treated by routine nursing intervention,the observation group,systematic nursing intervention for the comparative analysis of two groups of patients the incidence of lower extremity deep vein thrombosis and pulmonary embolism. Results: Observation group of patients with lower extremity deep vein thrombosis incidence (4.17%),significantly lower than the control group (25.53%) in the observation group of patients the incidence of pulmonary embolism (2.08%) was significantly lower than the control group (17.02%),compared the two groups differ significantly (P<0.05); Observation group of patients with nursing satisfaction (97.9%) is much higher than the control group (80.0%),two groups have significant difference comparing statistical significance (P<0.05).Conclusion: Systematic nursing intervention can obviously decrease of obstetrics and gynecology patients postoperative incidence of lower extremity deep vein thrombosis and pulmonary embolism,greatly improving the degree of maternal and newborn health,has very important significance in clinical.
