基于利益相关者视角的医学院校学生评教制度

摘要

The system of students' evaluation of teaching is an important component of education quality assurance system in medical colleges.The medical college is a typical stakeholder model and the government,the school leaders,teachers,students,medical industry and the parents are the stakeholders.The perspective of stakeholder theory of students' evaluation of teaching system should become the concern of education and teaching management of medical colleges.This article analyzed the stakeholder,and then explored the model of stakeholders' participation in the governance of students' evaluation of teaching in medical colleges.%学生评教制度是医学院校教育质量保障体系的重要组成部分,医学院校是一种典型的利益相关者模式,政府、学校领导、教师、学生、医疗卫生行业及家长等都是利益相关者,从利益相关者理论视角审视学生评教制度应该成为医学院校教育教学管理者关注的问题.本文从分析医学院校的利益相关者入手,分析了医学院校学生评教制度中的利益相关者,探索了学生评教制度中的利益相关者参与治理模式.
