情景模拟联合迷你临床评估训练在皮肤病学门诊实践教学中的应用

摘要

Objective Evaluating the effect of scene-simulation and mini-clinical evaluation exercise (Mini-CEX) teaching methods in outpatient chnical practice of dermatology.Methods 60 clinical medicine undergraduate students graded 2010 and 2011 in Anhui Medical University were random divided into 2 groups,30 students in both experimental group and control group.Scene-simulation and mini-clinical evaluation exercise teaching methods were adopted in experimental group,while traditional teaching method was adopted in control group.The teaching results of two different methods of teaching were valued by Mini-CEX evaluation,medical record written and questionnaire survey.Results ① The score of medical interviewing skills,physical examination skills,humanistic qualities,clinical judgment,communication skills,organization efficiency and overall clinical competence were higher in experimental group students,the difference was statistically significant (P < 0.05).② The medical record scores and the scores of history of illness,physical examination,treatment plan were higher in experimental group (P <0.05).③ At the end of probation the questionnaire showed that the students in the experimental group were recognized for this new way of teaching.Conclusions Scene-simulation and mini-clinical evaluation exercise teaching methods achieved better results in the teaching of dermatology.New teaching method was superior to traditional teaching method in improving students' comprehensive capabilities and medical record written.The new teaching method is worth future research and promotion.%目的 评价情景模拟联合迷你临床评估训练教学方法在皮肤病学门诊实践教学中的应用效果.方法 选取安徽医科大学2010级和201 1级临床医学专业60名本科学生为研究对象,将其分为实验组和对照组,每组30名学生,实验组采取情景模拟联合迷你临床评估训练的教学方法,对照组采取传统教学方法.通过学生的迷你临床评估训练测评、病历书写成绩和问卷调查结果分析两种不同教学方法的教学效果.结果 ①迷你临床评估训练测评结果显示,实验组学生在病史询问、体格检查、人文关怀、临床判断、沟通技巧、组织技能和整体表现方面的得分均高于对照组学生,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);②实验组学生所书写的门诊病历总分及病史、体格检查、处理项目得分均高于对照组学生,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);③问卷调查结果显示,大多数实验组学生认可新教学方法.结论 情景模拟联合迷你临床评估训练的教学方法在皮肤病学门诊实践教学中取得了良好的效果,在培养学生的综合能力方面优于传统教学方法,值得进一步研和究推广.
