医学生基层就业意向影响因子分析

摘要

目的探讨医学生基层就业意向的影响因素,为采取针对性的激励措施提供依据。方法 采用单纯随机抽样调查方法从广州医学院各年级学生中随机抽取1000名,对他们发放调查问卷。回收有效问卷946份。对数据进行因子分析,采用主成分分析法提取公因子,并进行方差最大化正交旋转,按照公因子在原始变量上的载荷从大到小进行排序,解释公因子。将提取的公因子作为自变量,以变量Y(是否愿意去基层就业)作为因变量,进行二分类Logistic回归分析,探讨医学生基层就业意向的影响因素。结果 影响医学生基层就业意向的主要因素从大到小排序为,基层发展空间,基层工作环境和待遇,父母对我的职业发展态度以及家庭经济状况。结论 以公因子作为探索医学生是否愿意去基层就业的影响因素,有效地解决了指标间的共线性问题,具体受影响因素的作用可以得到比较客观的反映。%Objective To explore the impact factors of medical graduates being employed at grass roots. Analysis may contribute to the adjustment and improvement of control policy. Methods 1,000 students in Guangzhou Medical University were randomly sampled, and 946 valid questionnaires were being collected. Factor Analysis was adopted to extract component. Extraction method was Principal Component Analysis and rotated component. Components were used as independent variables in the Logistic Regression. The variable Y ( Willing to be employed at Grass Roots or not ) as the dependent variable. Adopted Logistic Regression analysis was made to explore impact factors of medical Graduates employed at Grass Roots. Results According to the Eigenvalues and Rotation Sums of Squared Loadings, 5 Components were extracted. The sorted descending is 'for grass-roots development', 'basic working conditions and benefits','the parent's attitude towards my career development' and 'family economic conditions'. Conclusion Impact factors can be reflected more objectively by using factor analysis elimination co-linearity in the original variables.
