医学研究生人文素质教育探索：以遵义医学院为例

摘要

通过调查某校医学研究生人文素质教育现状，发现该校医学研究生人文素质教育的实际状况不容乐观，存在一些突出的问题。试图分析导致这些问题的原因，结合实际提出一些解决问题的建议，以期改善医学研究生人文素质教育，培养充满人性关怀的医务工作者。%This article found that the actual situation about humanities education of medical postgraduates is not optimistic through investigation of the situation on humanities education of the postgraduates in Zunyi Medical College. Some prominent problems existed. This article also proposed some practical suggestions to solve the problems based on the analysis of this phenomenon, so as to improve the humanities education of medical postgraduates and cultivate postgraduates to be medical workers with full humanistic care.
