浅析法制教育的途径

摘要

加强法制教育是社会主义法治建设的要求,探寻法制教育的途径对增强法制教育的实效性具有重要意义.法制教育可从“传统”“功利”“合理”“合法”和“情感”等几个方面人手,使法制的“传统”“功利”“合理”“合法”和“情感”教育相互支持补充,相互渗透融合,形成一个有机整体,从而使法制教育能够取得较好的实际效果.%The Socialist legal construction needs to strengthen the legal education.It is significant to seek for the path of legal education in order to enhance the actual effect of legal education.The path of legal cducation includes traditional education,utilitarian education,reasonable education,legitimate education and feeling education,etc.We can get a better actual effect of legal education if different paths of legal education (traditional education,utilitarian education,reasonable education,legitimate education and feeling education) can be integrated,infiltrated and complemented.
