以“降消项目”为基础的产科住院医师规范化培训研究

摘要

以“降消项目”(降低孕产妇死亡率、消除新生儿破伤风项目)为契机,通过分析产科住院医师规范化培训的现状和困境,探讨建立一个统一、规范、科学、完善的产科住院医师规范化培训体系,并采用科学合理的考评措施,以切实提高产科住院医师的综合素质.%Combined with "safe mothcrhood project",in order to completely promote teaching quality,we should explore establishing a uniform,standardized,scientific and perfect teaching model of obstetric residents' standard training by analyzing the status and the difficulties in standard training of obstetric residents,and by adopting scientific and reasonable evaluation measures.
