目的 探讨血清中MFG-E8水平与乳腺癌诊断的关系.方法 收集59例乳腺癌患者和40例正常人的血清,用ELISA方法检测MFG-E8水平,采用电化学发光法检测CA15-3和CEA水平,并对结果分组进行统计学分析.结果 乳腺癌患者血清中MFG-E8、CA15-3和CEA水平分别为6450.8±9899.9 pg/ml、34.85±32.98 U/ml和4.38±8.46 ng/ml,显著高于正常对照组;MFG-E8、CA15-3和CEA的阳性率分别是64.4%、48.9%、20.3%,联合检测MFG-E8、CA15-3和CEA可提高检出率到84.4%.结论 血清中MFG-E8与CA15-3和CEA一同联合检测可以作为辅助诊断乳腺癌的指标.%cancer. Conclusion The scrum level of MFG-E8 can be reviewed as a kind of valuable biomarkcr in the diagnosis of breast cancer,together with CA15-3 and CEA.
