高血压患者健康子女血浆高敏C-反应蛋白、肿瘤坏死因子-α及白介素-6水平变化研究

         

摘要

目的 检测具有高血压家族史的健康子女血浆高敏C-反应蛋白(hs-CRP)、肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)及白介素-6(IL-6)水平变化,探讨其与高血压遗传的关系及在发病机制中的作用,为高血压的一级预防及治疗提供新的思路和方法.方法 随机选择60例具有高血压家族史的健康子女为研究组,其中父母一方患高血压的30例为单亲组,父母双方均患高血压的30例为双亲组;父母双方均无高血压的健康子女30例为对照组.用酶联免疫吸附法(ELISA)测定血浆hs-CRP、TNF-α及IL-6的含量.结果 研究组血浆中hs-CRP、TNF-α及IL-6含量均高于对照组,其中双亲组高于单亲组,单亲组高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论 具有高血压家族史的健康子女受遗传因素的影响,血浆炎性因子(hs-CRP、TNF-α及IL-6)升高,炎症反应可能是高血压发病原因之一;发现血浆hs-CRP、TNF-α及IL-6水平升高的具有高血压家族史的健康子女,可能是高血压的高危人群,应积极采取高血压一级预防措施进行干预.%To study the plasma levels of High sensitivity C-rcactivc protein,tumor necrosis factor-a and intcrlcu-kin-6 of healthy offspring with a family history of essential hypertension(EH), and to explore the relationship of inflammation reaction with pathogencsis of EH,therefore try to find a new way of primary prevention and remedy for essential hypertension. Methods Sixty healthy offspring with a family history of EH were randomly divided into two groups: 30 offspring with one of the parents suffering from EH as group A;30 with both parents suffering from EH as group B. Another 30 healthy offspring whose parents neither suffer from EH were assigned as control group. The plasma level of high-sensitivity C-rcactivc protein, tumor necrosis factor-aand intcrlcukin-6 were all determined by enzyme linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). Results The plasm level of hs-CRP,TNF-aand IL-6 were significantly higher in groups A and B than that in the control group. Plasma levels of hs-CRP,TNF-a and IL-6 were higher in group B than that in group A(P<0. 05). Conclusion Due to heredity of EH,the plasma levels of hs-CRP,TNF-a and IL-6 have increased before EH develops in the healthy offspring with a family history of EH, which suggest that inflammation might be a initiating agent for EH. Healthy offspring with a family history EH and with high plasma levels of hs-CRP,TNF-a and IL-6 arc at high-risk to development of EH,therefore active prevention measures should be taken.
