复方樟柳碱注射液对眼底病患者血液动力学的影响研究

摘要

Objective To study influence of compound anisodine treatment on blood rheology indicators of patients with fundus disease.Methods 183 cases with fundus disease from February 2011 to November 2012 in our hospital were collected as the research object,were divided into Retinal vein occlusion(group A),Acute ischemic fundus disease (group B),Diabetic fundus disease(group C)and hypertensive fundus disease (group D)according cause.All were given compound anisodine injection treatment,once a day.Hemorrheology indexes were observed and analyzed before and af-ter treatment .Results After treatment,whole blood viscosity,plasma viscosity,erythrocyte aggregation index,eryth-rocyte hematocrit and fibrinogen of all groups were reduced(P <0.05).Conclusion Compound anisodine treatment in patients with fundus disease has significant clinical efficacy,can improve blood rheology indicators,improve microcircu-lation,is worthy of clinical promotion.%目的：研究复方樟柳碱注射液对眼底病患者血液动力学的影响。方法选择我院眼科2011年2月至2012年11月收治的183例眼底病患者，根据病因分为视网膜静脉阻塞组（A 组）、急性缺血性眼底病组（B 组）、糖尿病性眼底病组（C 组）和高血压性眼底病组（D 组），均给予复方樟柳碱注射液治疗，在患眼侧行颞浅动脉旁皮下和球后交替注射，1次/d。分别于治疗前后测定血流变学指标并进行比较分析。结果患者经治疗后，血黏度、血浆黏度、红细胞聚集指数、红细胞比容和纤维蛋白原均较治疗前显著降低，且有统计学差异（P ＜0．05）。结论复方樟柳碱注射液能够改善血液流变学指标，改善微循环，对各类眼底病临床疗效显著，值得临床推广应用。
