Objective To analyze the mutations of rpoB and katG gene in multidrug-resistant Mycobacterium tuber-culosis(MDR-TB)isolates in Jilin Province,so as to provide reference for the establishment of rapid multi-drug resist-ance detection methods.Methods Comparison and analysis of rpoB and katG gene sequences of multidrug-resistant Mycobacterium tuberculosis strains in Jilin Province.Results The mutation rates of rpoB and katG genes in MDR-TB were 83.53% and 70.6%.The mutation types included point mutation,combined mutation and deletion.In the rpoB gene,82.30% mutations occurred in the RRDR region,and the most common mutation sites were rpoB 531,rpoB 526, and rpoB 516.In the katG gene,68.55% strains mutation occurred in katG315.Conclusion The most common muta-tion sites of MDR-TB in Jilin were rpoB 531、rpoB 526、rpoB 516、katG 315.%目的 分析吉林省耐多药结核分枝杆菌临床分离株rpoB、katG基因突变特点,为建立本省快速耐多药检测方法提供参考.方法 对吉林省耐多药结核分枝杆菌菌株扩增rpoB、katG基因测序后比对分析.结果 耐多药结核分枝杆菌rpoB、katG基因的突变率分别为83.53%和70.6%,突变类型包括点突变、联合突变和缺失.在rpoB基因中,82.30%突变发生在RRDR区域,最常见突变位点为rpoB531、rpoB526、rpoB516.KatG基因突变率为70.6%,最常见突变位点为katG315,占所有突变的68.55%.结论 吉林省耐多药结核分枝杆菌最常见突变位点为rpoB531、rpoB526、rpoB516和katG315.
