缺血性脑卒中后疲劳患者白细胞介素1β变化及运动疗法干预对其影响研究

         

摘要

Objective To explore the change of IL-1β in patients with ischemic post-stroke fatigue,and clinical effect of exercise therapy intervention treatment and IL-1β.WTHZMethods Collected cerebral ischemic stroke patients from January 2013 to June 2015,2 weeks after conventional treatment,divided into ischemic post-stroke fatigue group (56 cases) and without ischemic post-stroke fatigue group (84 cases) by the fatigue severity scale (FSS),choose 100 cases of healthy volunteers as control group at the same time,detected the blood pressure,blood sugar,blood fat,and IL-1βlevels.Ischemic post-stroke fatigue group were treated by exercise therapy intervention,intervention in 1 month,evaluate its limb movement function and systolic blood pressure,diastolic blood pressure,blood glucose,total cholesterol,triglyceride,LDL-C,IL-1β levels change before and after the intervention.Results Smoking,alcohol consumption rate,high density lipoprotein cholesterol levels were no statistically significant difference amomg three groups (P>0.05).Female,age,body mass index in ischemic post-stroke fatigue group were higher than those in without ischemic post-stroke fatigue group and control group;course of disease,basal ganglia,hypertension,diabetes,coronary heart disease in ischemic post-stroke fatigue group were higher than those in without ischemic post-stroke fatigue group;systolic blood pressure,diastolic blood pressure,blood glucose,total cholesterol,triglyceride,LDL-C,IL-1βlevels in ischemic post-stroke fatigue group and without ischemic post-stroke fatigue group were higher than those in the control group,IL-1βlevels in ischemic post-stroke fatigue group was higher than that in without ischemic post-stroke fatigue group (P<0.05).Upper limb and lower limb Fugl Meger scale scores in ischemic post-stroke fatigue group after intervention were increased than befer intervention;the systolic blood pressure,diastolic blood pressure,blood glucose,total cholesterol,triglyceride,LDL-C,IL-1β levels after intervention were decreased than befer intervention (P<0.05).Conclusion Ischemic post-stroke fatigue patients with elevated levels of IL-1β,exercise therapy intervention can improve limb movement function in patients with ischemic stroke after fatigue,reduce the level of serum IL-1β.%目的 探讨缺血性脑卒中后疲劳患者白细胞介素1β变化,及运动疗法干预的治疗效果及对白细胞介素1β的影响.方法 2013年1月-2015年6月,我院收治住院的缺血性脑卒中患者,缺血性脑卒中常规治疗2周后,采用疲劳严重度量表(FSS)判断患者是否发生缺血性脑卒中后疲劳,分为缺血性脑卒中后疲劳组(56例)和缺血性脑卒中后未疲劳组(84例),同时选择健康志愿者100例作为对照组,检测入院时血压、血糖、血脂、白细胞介素1β等水平.缺血性脑卒中后疲劳组患者采用运动疗法干预,干预1个月,干预前后评价其患肢运动功能及收缩压、舒张压、血糖、总胆固醇、三酰甘油、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇、白细胞介素1β水平变化.结果 3组吸烟、饮酒率、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇水平比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);疲劳组女性、年龄、体重指数高于未疲劳组和对照组,疲劳组病程、基底节、高血压、糖尿病、冠心病高于未疲劳组,疲劳组和未疲劳组收缩压、舒张压、血糖、总胆固醇、三酰甘油、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇、白细胞介素1β水平高于对照组,疲劳组白细胞介素1β水平高于未疲劳组(P<0.05).运动疗法干预后疲劳组上肢和下肢Fugl Meger量表评分较干预前明显升高,收缩压、舒张压、血糖、总胆固醇、三酰甘油、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇、白细胞介素1β水平较干预前明显降低(P<0.05).结论 发生缺血性脑卒中后疲劳的患者白细胞介素1β水平升高,运动疗法干预可改善缺血性脑卒中后疲劳患者患肢运动功能,降低血清白细胞介素1β水平.
