银杏达莫注射液联合依达拉奉治疗血管性认知障碍的疗效及对血清MMP-9、NO、ET-1水平的影响

         

摘要

目的 探讨血管性认知障碍(VCI)应用银杏达莫注射液(GDI)联合依达拉奉(EDA)治疗的临床效果及对病人血清基质金属蛋白酶(MMP)9、一氧化氮(NO)及内皮素(ET)-1水平的影响.方法 选取我院2015年4月-2017年4月收治的116例VCI病人,采用随机数字表法分为两组.对照组给予EDA治疗,观察组采用GDI+EDA联合治疗.记录比较两组治疗前后蒙特利尔认知评估量表(MoCA)评分及血清MMP-9、NO、ET-1水平变化,临床疗效及不良反应发生情况.结果 与治疗前比较,两组治疗14d后MoCA评分均显著提高(P<0.01),且观察组上升较对照组更显著(P<0.01).与治疗前比较,两组治疗14d后MMP-9、ET-1水平均显著下降(P<0.01),NO水平均显著升高(P<0.01);且观察组改善更显著(P<0.01).治疗14d后,观察组总有效率较对照组显著上升(P<0.01).结论 GDI联合EDA治疗血管性认知障碍能有效提高病人智力水平与认知功能,疗效更佳,可能与其显著改善血清MMP-9、NO、ET-1水平有关.且安全可靠.%Objective To investigate study the clinical efficacy of Yinxing Damo injection (YDI) and edaravone (EDA) inthe application of vascular cognitive impairment (VCI) and its effects on patients' serum matrix metalloproteinase (MMP)-9,nitric oxide (NO)and endothelin (ET)-1.Methods One hundred and sixteen patients with VCI in our hospital from April 2015 to April 2017 were selected and divided into two groups by random number table:control group (n =58) treated with EDA,and observation group (n =58) treated with YDI and EDA.The changes of Montreal Cognitive Assessment Scale (MoCA) scores,serum MMP-9,NO,and ET-1 levels before and after the treatment,the clinical efficacy,and adverse reactions were recorded and compared between the two groups.Results Compared with that before the treatment,the MoCA scores significantly increased in two groups after 14 d of the treatment(P <0.01),which was higher in observation than that in control group (P <0.01).Compared with those before the treatment,the levels of MMP-9 and ET-1 significantly decreased in two groups after 14 d of the treatment (P <0.01).And the levels of NO signifi cantly increased (P <0.01),which was higher in observation than that in control group (P <0.01).After 14 d of the treatment,the total effective rate was significantly higher in observation group than that in control group (P <0.01).Conclusion YDI and EDA can more effectively improve the intelligence and cognitive function in patients with VCI,which may be related to the improvement on ser um levels of MMP-9,NO,and ET-1.
