血液透析患者继发甲状旁腺功能亢进并甲状旁腺切除术的临床疗效

摘要

Objective:To investigate the clinical total parathyroidectomy (PTX)in the treatment of 82 maintenance hemodialysis patients with secondary hyperparathyroidism (SHPT).Methods:The clinical data of 82 maintenance hemodialysis patients with SHPT admitted PTX into our hospital from March 2012 to July 2016 were analyzed.The parathyroid hormnne(iPTH) value,blood and blood calcium (Ca),phosphorus (P),alkaline phosphatase (ALP) and health assessment questionnaire were compared before and after surgery.Results:Compare with the preoperative patients,the iPTH,Ca,P,ALP were significant reduced and the symptom was eased obviously in the postoperative patient.The patients' quality of life was significantly improved after the operation.Conclusion:PTX is a relatively safe and effective method in the treatment of maintenance hemodialysis patients with SHPT.%目的:评价甲状旁腺切除术对于继发性甲状旁腺功能亢进的临床疗效.方法:对2012年3月～2016年7月期间在我院接受甲状旁腺切除术的82例维持性血液透析合并继发性甲状旁腺功能亢进患者的临床资料进行回顾性分析,对比手术前后的甲状旁腺激素iPTH值,以及血钙(Ca2+)、血磷(P3-)、碱性磷酸酶(ALP),并评价患者手术前后的生活质量.结果:患者术后iPTH值、Ca2+、P3-、ALP较术前显著下降、症状明显缓解,患者的生活质量显著提高.结论:甲状旁腺切除术可以有效地改善继发性甲状旁腺功能亢进患者临床症状,提高生活质量.
