配合物二乙基锡N-(2-氧苯基)亚甲基甘氨酸酯的合成、结构表征和生物活性

         

摘要

Five new diethyltin N-[(2-oxyphenyl)methylene]glycinates,(CH3CH2)2Sn(2-O-3-X-5-YC6H2CH=NCH2 COO) (X,Y=H,H,1;H,Cl,2;H,Br,3;Cl,Cl,4;Br,Br,5),have been prepared and characterized by elemental analysis,IR,1H and 119Sn NMR spectra.The crystal structures of 1 and 4 have been determined.The crystal for 1 belongs to monoclinic space group P21,and the crystal for 4 belongs to triclinic space group P1.The two compounds have a 12-membered macrocyelic structure with a trimerie [Sn3O6C3] core.Each tin atom is six-coordinated in distorted [SnC2NO3] octahedron geometry.Bioassay results show that the compound 5 has in vitro anti-tumor activity against three human turnout cell lines,HeLa,CoLo205 and MCF-7 and anti-bacterial activity against E.coli.CCDC:729956,1;729957,4.%合成了5个新的二乙基锡N-[(2-氧苯基)亚甲基]甘氨酸酯(CH3CH2)2Sn(2-O-3-X-5-YC6H2CH=NCH2COO)(X,Y=H,H,1;H,Cl,2;H,Br,3;Cl,Cl,4;Br,Br,5),利用元素分析、IR、1H和129Sn NMR表征了其结构.通过X-射线单晶衍射测定了1和4的晶体结构.化合物1的晶体属单斜晶系,P21空间群;化合物4的晶体属三斜晶系,P1空间群.2个化合物均为由羧基桥联形成的[Sn3O6C3]十二元大环三聚体结构,锡原子的配位构型为六配位[SnC2NO3]畸变八面体.生物活性测试结果表明,化合物5对3种人癌细胞HeLa、CoLo205和MCF-7及大肠杆菌均有抑制活性.
