从中医药伦理审查平台建设探讨伦理委员会审查能力的提高

摘要

Though there is a great progress in research of medical ethics in China, a gap still remains between China and the developed countries now. Medical ethics committees are established one after another in many hospitals, but the level of standardization construction and ethical review level differ in thousands ways. The construction of ethical review platform on TCM can standardize the construction and investigation procedure, and can further enhance the ethical review level of medical ethics committee. Among them, institutional improvement of regulations and procedures can be acquired in short time, but the enhancement of ethical review level needs a long way to go. This article aimed to probe the thinking and methods on the enhancement of ethical review level through the practice and experience of the construction of TCM ethical review platform.%我国医学伦理学研究目前取得较大进展，但与发达国家相比还有一定差距。虽然多数医院相继成立了医学伦理委员会，但在伦理委员会的规范化建设和审查能力等方面差异较大。通过中医药伦理审查平台建设，可以规范医学伦理委员会的建设及审查程序，提高伦理审查水平。其中，机构和制度建设及审查程序可以在短期内进行规范，但审查能力的提高则是一个长期的过程。本文通过参与中医药伦理审查平台建设的实践和体会，探讨提高伦理委员会审查能力的思路和方法。
