基于角色互换体验的医疗服务改进

摘要

介绍了北京市医院管理局2013年至2016年在市属22家公立医院中,开展以角色互换为特色的"相约守护"互换体验季活动情况.通过角色换位体验,从坚持医院公益性、医院服务、患者安全、医疗质量安全管理与持续改进、护理管理与质量持续改进、医院管理6个维度加以体验、反馈、改进,增加医患互信,提升医院管理水平.%From year 2013 to 2016, the Beijing Municipal Administration of Hospitals has carried out the role exchange campaign at 22 municipal public hospitals.Through this experience, we can increase mutual trust between doctors and patients and enhance the level of hospital management.The campaign adheres to the principles of hospital public welfare, hospital service, patient safety, medical quality management, and continuous improvement, nursing management and quality control, and hospital management.
