Objective To understand HPV prevalence and HPV genotypes distribution of cervical cancer in Kunshan area through the inspection of HPV subtypes, and to analyze the relationship between HPV and clinical biological behavior in cervical cancer. Methods The study included 153 archival cervical cancer tissues which belong to patients of three institutes from 2010 to 2016, HPV genotyping DNA chip assay was used to detect HPV genotypes and the results were compared with cervical cancer pathological results. Results 1.The positive rate of HPV infection was 82.35% and include HPV16 (80.39%), HPV18 (1.96%), HPV33 (7.84%), HPV45 (1.96%), HPV53 (1.96%), and HPV58 (5.88%). 2.The examined tissues were 92.16% squamous cell carcinomas and 7.84%adenocarcinoma. The high frequency of HPV16 was observed in both types of carcinoma (80.85% and 75.00%) while the prevalence of HPV18 was low. Conclusion These results may contribute to the implementation of cervical carcinoma prevention program in Kunshan area.%目的 对昆山市宫颈癌组织进行HPV分型检测,了解该地区宫颈癌HPV感染率及其亚型分布,并分析HPV分型与宫颈癌病理分期、分型及患者年龄之间的关系.方法 研究2010年—2016年就诊于三家单位并确诊为宫颈癌的153例患者的病理切片,采用HPV基因分型检测系统对标本进行检测并分型,并与宫颈癌病理结果进行比较分析.结果 (1)HPV阳性率为82.35%,共检出HPV16(80.39%)、HPV18(1.96%)、HPV33(7.84%)、HPV45(1.96%)、HPV53(1.96%)、HPV58(5.88%).(2)鳞癌的检出率为92.16%,腺癌的检出率为7.84%,HPV16在两种癌中的检出率都是最高的,分别为80.85%和75.00%,而HPV18在两种癌中所占比例均较低.结论 研究数据将有助于根据该地区HPV分布特点制定针对性的预防计划.
