舒适护理干预对心脏瓣膜置换患者负性情绪和舒适度的影响

摘要

目的 观察舒适护理干预对心脏瓣膜置换患者负性情绪和围手术期舒适度的影响.方法 将2016年4月至2017年12月在成都大学附属医院行心脏瓣膜置换术治疗的76例心脏瓣膜病患者按随机数表法分为A、B两组,各38例.A组患者接受常规护理,B组患者接受舒适护理干预.比较两组患者入院时和术前的SAS、SDS评分以及舒适度评分和护理满意度评分.结果 B组患者术前SAS和SDS评分均低于A组(P＜0.05).A组患者舒适度评分为(77.29±5.17)分,B组患者舒适度评分为(89.94±4.66)分.B组患者舒适度评分高于A组,差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05).结论 舒适护理干预可有效缓解心脏瓣膜置换术患者术前负性情绪,且能有效提高患者围手术期舒适度和护理满意度,具有临床推广价值.%Objective To observe the influence of comfort nursing intervention on the negative emotion and perioperative comfort degree of patients with heart valve replacement.Methods A total of 76 patients with valvular heart disease who underwent cardiac valve replacement in the Affiliated Hospital of Chengdu University from April of 2016 to December of 2017 were randomly divided into two groups,group A and group B,38 cases in each group.Patients in group A received routine nursing,while patients in group B received comfortable nursing intervention.The SAS,SDS scores,comfort scores and nursing satisfaction scores of the two groups were compared.Results The scores of SAS and SDS before operation in group B were lower than those in group A (P ＜0.05).The comfort degree score of group A was (77.29 ±5.17) scores and that of group B was (89.94 ± 4.66) scores.The comfort degree score of group B was higher than that of group A,and the difference was statistically significant (P ＜ 0.05).Conclusion Comfort nursing intervention can effectively alleviate preoperative negative emotions of patients undergoing cardiac valve replacement,and can effectively improve the comfort degree and nursing satisfaction of patients during perioperative period.It has clinical popularization value.
