赤壁市农村居民血吸虫病防治知识知晓情况调查

摘要

目的 调查分析赤壁市血吸虫病疫区农村居民血防知识知晓情况,为制定血吸虫病健康教育干预策略提供依据.方法 采用典型抽样的方法选择赤壁市2个血吸虫病流行村,应用统一设计调查表对随机选择的301名农村居民进行入户问卷调查.结果 “是否听说过血吸虫病”项目的知晓率达100％,但钉螺相关知识知晓率低于80％.“血吸虫病传播方式”和“当地是否有血吸虫病流行”的知晓率两村之间差异有统计学意义.“认识传播血吸虫病的钉螺”的知晓率男性高于女性；农民、渔船民血防相关知识知晓率高于其他职业人群；30岁以下农村居民血防相关知识知晓率较低,低于30岁以上居民.结论 赤壁农村居民血防知识知晓水平仍需提高,应加强农村居民血吸虫病健康促进和健康教育工作,进一步巩固以传染源控制为主综合防治措施的成果.%Objective To investigate and analyze the situation of knowledge awareness about schistosomiasis control among rural residents of schistosomiasis endemic areas in Chibi City. Methods 301 rural residents of two typical sampled schistosomiasis endemic villages in Chibi City were randomly selected and investigated with a unified questionnaire. Results All the rural residents investigated knew schistosomiasis, but the knowledge awareness rates about snails were lower than 80%. There were statistical differences between the knowledge awareness rates of these two villages about schistosomiasis transmission way. The knowledge awareness rate of males was significantly higher than that of females about " whether recognizing the snails spreading schistosomiasis or not". The knowledge awareness rates of farmers and fishermen about schistosomiasis control were significantly higher than that of other occupational groups. The knowledge awareness rates of rural residents under the age of 30 about schistosomiasis control were significantly lower than that of rural residents over the age of 30. Conclusion Rural residents in Chibi City still need to improve the knowledge level about schistosomiasis control. We should strengthen health promotion and health education of schistosomiasis in rural areas in order to further consolidate the achievements of comprehensive prevention and control measures based on the control the infection sources of schistosomiasis.
