摘要

:Objective To investigate the awareness of nutritional support among patients with colorectal cancer, and to summarize related nursing measures. Methods 〓A questionnaire-based survey was conducted to 80 patients with colorectal cancer. Patients were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group, with 40 cases in each group. All patients received routine care during hospitalization, and a process management of nutritional support was carried out in the observation group. Results 〓Findings showed that 60.00%(48/80)of patients with awareness of nutritional support, and the awareness of nutritional support was associated with age, education level, family medical history, past medical history and participation in health education(P0.05). The levels of total protein(TP), albumin(ALB)and hemoglobin(Hb)were higher in the observation than those in the control group after intervention(P0.05). Patients in the observation group achieved lower score of Nutritional Risk Screening 2002(NRS2002)compared with those in the control group(P0.05). Conclusion 〓Findings showed a relative poor awareness of nutritional support among patients with colorectal cancer. It is required to enhance the nutritional support management for patients with colorectal cancer during operation period.
机译::目的探讨大肠癌患者对营养支持的认识,并总结相关的护理措施。方法〓对80例大肠癌患者进行了问卷调查。将患者随机分为观察组和对照组,每组40例。所有患者在住院期间均接受了常规护理,观察组进行了营养支持的过程管理。结果〓调查结果表明,有60.00%(48/80)的患者有营养支持意识,而营养支持意识与年龄,文化程度,家庭病史,既往病史和参与健康教育有关(P <0.05 )。干预后观察组总蛋白(TP),白蛋白(ALB)和血红蛋白(Hb)水平高于对照组(P <0.05)。观察组患者的营养风险筛查2002(NRS2002)得分低于对照组(P <0.05)。结论〓发现结直肠癌患者对营养支持的认识较差。需要在手术期间加强对大肠癌患者的营养支持管理。
