Objective: To analyze the status of the expenditure of maternal and child health public finance and propose relative recommendations. Methods: Research on the maternal and child health public finance scale and structure by using finance indicators. Results: The expenditure of public finance to maternal and child health has kept increasing rapidly in recent years and the expenditure to maternal and child health characterized an essential increase ; the expenditure to maternal and child health is still relatively insufficient, and the rate of expenditure of maternal and child health accounting for the expenditure to health has a downward trend. There exists some unfair phenomena such as maternal and child health expenditure is tilting to big cities and big hospitals. Conclusion: There are some problems in the field of maternal and child health such as the insufficient maternal and child health financial investment , the unreasonable expenditure structure, etc; this paper puts forward some measures such as increase the maternal and child health financial investment, optimize the maternal and child health resource allocation, and broaden the maternal and child health financing channels and so on.%目的:对我国西部地区妇幼卫生财政投入状况进行分析,提出完善妇幼卫生投入的建议.方法:采用财政学指标对我国西部地区当前妇幼卫生财政投入的规模和支出结构进行定量描述性研究.结果:近年来,我国西部地区妇幼卫生财政投入保持较快增长,妇幼卫生财政投入的增速与财政支出持平；妇幼卫生财政投入占卫生总投入的比例偏低且有下降趋势；我国西部地区妇幼卫生财政投入存在向大城市、大医院倾斜等不公平现象.结论:我国西部地区妇幼卫生领域存在财政投入不足、支出结构不合理等问题；建议增加妇幼卫生财政投入、优化妇幼卫生资源配置、拓宽妇幼卫生筹资渠道等.
