Methods To assay the personnel department of all levels of health and family planning information department precisely, predicated on various categories and different levels through descriptive statistical analysis, we have processed and analyzed the data from comparison to synthesis with the effective function of Excel and SPSS. Results Basically, the provincial and municipal level hospitals have established information positions,so have the second-level hospitals. Meanwhile, the demand for job is pertinent to institution's functions and levels. As for primary health care institutions, their information posts need to be subdivided to a certain extent. And CDC retained unclear division of information post. Moreover, the number of welleducated and qualified information professionals raised while the institution grade reach a higher level.Conclusion Insufficient talents allocation; high requirements from recruiting unit with comparatively low wages; problems in personnel training and using; obscured vocational development prospects. The matters above require solutions. Therefore, we are supposed to optimize the constructive rules and the regulations of institutions. Additionally, it is an applicative approach to standardize the post arrangements properly.Consequently, we also ought to enhance the information framework of person with ability and enrich information work to be more normative and specialized.%目的 为深入了解全省卫生计生信息机构岗位设置、人力资源分布以及存在的问题,并给出建议.方法 借助SPSS对调查中取得的数据进行整理和分析,运用描述统计法分析各级各类卫生计生信息部门人才队伍情况.结果 省级、市级机构以及二级以上医院基本都设置了信息岗位,岗位的需求与机构职能、级别相关;基层医疗卫生机构则未对信息岗位进行细分;疾控机构信息岗位划分不明确;随着各类机构级别的提升,机构配置的信息专职人员逐渐增多,高学历、高职称人数也越来越多.结论 人才配置薄弱;招聘单位要求高且薪资水平相对较低;人员培养及使用存在问题且职业发展前景不明朗.提出完善机构规章制度建设,规范机构岗位设置;加强信息化人才队伍建设;加强信息工作的信息化建设的重点对策.
