PURPOSE: A method for providing a recommended action for maintaining a user situation is provided to maintain the user situation by providing the recommended action for maintaining the user situation according to a maintenance probability index. CONSTITUTION: User situation information is classified into categories and reclassified by comparing an identifier of the user situation information, a category increase factor identifier, and a reduction factor identifier with each other(S130). An average value of increase and reduction factor values is calculated by normalizing the reclassified user situation value(S140). A maintenance probability index of the user situation is calculated from the average value of the increase and reduction factor values(S150).
