湘西少数民族地区城区流动儿童与常住儿童心理健康的比较研究

         

摘要

Objective To understanding the mental health of migrant children in the west minority national region in the west of Hunan, and provide help for the children' s growth. Methods 1600 migrant and 1600 resident children aged 9 ~ 12 years were selected by randomized sampling in minority national region in the west of Hunan. Mental health indexes were measured according to the requirements of pupils' mental health rating scale. Results The differences of the mental health indexes between migrant children and resident children were with out significance. In the 10-year-old group, males' emotional disorders, moral defects, learning disabilities between migrants and residents had significant differences ( P < 0. 05). Among female child, the differences of moral defects, learning disabilities, bad habits, society adaption were significant (P < 0. 05). In the 11 -year-old age group, the differences of learning disabilities, emotional disorders, adaption disorders, and moral defects, behavioral disorders among males were significant (P < 0. 05) , among females, the indexes of learning disabilities, emotional disorders, adaption disorders, and behavioral disorders between two groups had significant differences ( P < 0. 05 ) . In the 12-year-old age group, the differences of males' indexes of learning disabilities, emotional disorders, behavioral disorders, adjustment disorders, personality defects between two groups were statistically significant (P < 0. 05), there was significant difference between the two groups in learning disabilities, behavior disorders of female children ( P < 0. 05 ) . Other indicators showed no significant difference between the two groups. Conclusion The survey showed that mental health of resident children in city were better than migrant children. It is necessary to strengthen mental health education for migrant children.%目的 了解湘西少数民族地区流动儿童的心理健康状况,为流动儿童的健康成长提供帮助.方法 随机抽取湘西少数民族地区9~12岁流动儿童1600名,城区常住儿童1600名,根据小学生心理健康评定量表的要求,进行心理健康各项指标的调查.结果 9岁流动儿童与城区常住儿童相比,各项指标均无统计学意义.10岁流动儿童与城区常住儿童相比,男性情绪障碍、品德缺陷、学习障碍等差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).在女性儿童中,品德缺陷、学习障碍、不良习惯、社会适应方面等差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),其他指标两组均无统计学意义.11岁儿童流动儿童与城区常住儿童相比,男性学习障碍、情绪障碍、社会适应障碍、品德缺陷、行为障碍等方面两组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).女性在学习障碍、情绪障碍、行为障碍、社会适应等方面两组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),其他指标两组均无统计学意义.12岁流动儿童与城区常住儿童相比,男性儿童学习障碍、情绪障碍、行为障碍、社会适应障碍、性格缺陷等方面差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),女性儿童在学习障碍、行为障碍等方面两组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).其他指标两组间差异均无统计学意义.结论 从调查结果总体来看,城区常住儿童的心理健康优于流动儿童,应加强流动儿童的心理健康教育.
