目的 调查了解山西省某未成年教管所学员的儿童期受虐待情况,分析其儿童期虐待经历发生的影响因素.方法 采用现场自填式问卷,对研究对象山西省某未教所89名学员及对照组152名在校初中学生就其儿童期躯体虐待、情感虐待、性虐待、忽视进行无记名调查,应用SPSS 10.0软件进行统计分析.结果 两组儿童在儿童期躯体虐待、情感虐待、性虐待、忽视、心理状况的情况均有差异,而且未教所学员虐待发生率均比初中学生高13.7%.经多元逐步回归分析表明:父母工作变动、婚姻状况是躯体(t值分别为-3.325和0.130,P<0.05)、情感(t值分别为- 2.573和2.604,P<0.05)、性虐(t值分别为- 2.101和3.009,P<0.05)发生的危险因素,与谁生活与忽视、情感、性虐待有关.文化程度高低与性虐待发生有关.结论 儿童虐待影响青少年成长,有关部门应制定针对性的干预措施.%Objective To investigate childhood abuse among 89 students in the Juvenile Cultivation Institution of Shanxi Province, and analyze the influencing factors associated with abuses. Methods With self-administered questionnaires , both 89 children in Juvenile Cultivation Institution and 152 middle school students were investigated for their childhood physical abuse, emotional abuse, sexual abuse, neglect, and data were analyzed by SPSS 10.0. Results There were significantly differences between the two groups in different kinds of abuse, and the incidences of childhood abuses in juvenile prison were 13. 7% higher than that of middle school students. Regression analysis showed that work changes of parents and marital status of parents were the risk factors associated with physical abuse (t = - 3. 325 , t = 0. 130, respectively, P<0. 05), emotional abuse (t=2.573, t =2.604, respectively, P < 0. 05), sexual abuse (t= -2.101, t =3. 009,respectively, P<0. 05). The person living together was associated with neglect, emotional abuse and sexual abuse. Education level was associated with sexual abuse. Conclusion Childhood abuses influence adolescent development, targeted interventions should be formulated by relevant departments.
