广州市三甲医院医生工作场所暴力与抑郁倾向现状及关系研究

摘要

目的 了解广州市三甲医院医生遭受工作场所暴力情况和抑郁倾向现状,分析暴力与产生抑郁倾向的关系,控制暴力发生,减轻医生抑郁状况.方法 利用问卷调查方法,分别在广州市不同辖区的三甲医院发放950份问卷(820份有效);将收来的有效问卷录入Epi Data后,利用SPSS 20.0统计软件中的统计描述、x2检验、Logistic回归进行数据分析.结果 三甲医院医生发生工作场所暴力的比例为54.1％,有抑郁倾向的医生比例为52.4％,医生遭受工作场所暴力对其抑郁倾向有显著影响(x2=160.129,P＜0.01).结论 广州市三甲医院医生遭受暴力及抑郁倾向状况不容乐观,应引起医院管理者、医生本人以及相关部门人员的重视.%Objective To investigate the situation of violence and depression tendency of doctors in A-level hospitals in Guangzhou,and analyze the relationship between violence and the tendency of depression in order to reduce the incidence of depression.Methods Using the method of questionnaire investigation,950 questionnaires were distributed among doctors in A-level hospitals in different areas of Guangzhou City respectively (820 were valid).After recording the effective questionnaire by using Epi Data,statistical description,chi square test,and logistic regression were used to analysis data by SPSS 20.0.Results The incidence of workplace violence was 54.1％ among doctors A-level hospitals,and more than half of them (52.4％) were doctors with depression tendency.The workplace violence had a significant effect on depressive tendency of doctors (x2 =160.129,P ＜ 0.01).Conclusion The violence and depression tendency of the doctors in Alevel hospitals of Guangzhou City are not optimistic,which should be paid more attention by hospital administrators,doctors themselves and other relevant departments.
