The system has a computer system (1) with a database (2) of medical records (4). The system (1) allows medical examination results to be stored in the database and allows a particular specialist to be chosen from a list. The system (1) sends an alarm signal (12) to a mobile phone (20) of the specialist for forcing him to analyze the records. The specialist views the records through his phone and stores his advice in the database. An independent claim is also included for a method for processing information related to emergency medical consultation in a hospital.
