多肿瘤标志物联合检测在健康体检中的应用

摘要

目的 探讨多肿瘤标志物联合检测在健康体检人群中的应用.方法 选取2015年1月~12月上海市嘉定区中心医院体检部进行健康体检者11706人,采用生物芯片阅读仪及多肿瘤标志物检测试剂盒(蛋白芯片-化学发光法),根据试剂说明书检测程序对健康体检者血清12种常见肿瘤标志物(AFP、CEA、CA19-9、CA242、CA125、CA15-3、Ferritin、HGH、PSA、f-PSA、β-HCG、NSE)的水平作定量分析.结果 健康体检者11706人中,共检出444人603项次阳性,男性227人,女性217人,阳性检出率为3.79%;其中27人经影像学、内窥镜和病理学检查确诊为早期或中期肿瘤,肿瘤检出率0.23%.节省检测费用合计人民币4752636元.结论 多肿瘤标志物蛋白芯片检测技术适用于健康体检人群中的肿瘤筛查.%Objective To investigate the application of combined detection of multiple tumor markers in healthy population. Methods 11 706 people for health check-up were selected in Central Hospital of Shanghai Jiading District during Jan to Dec in 2015. Serum 12 common tumor markers(AFP、CEA、CA19-9、CA242、CA125、CA15-3、Ferritin、HGH、PSA、f-PSA、β-HCG、NSE) were detected using the biochip detector and multi tumor markers detection kit(protein chip- chemiluminescence method).Results Among 11 706 people,there were 603 positive items in 444 people,including 227 males and 217 females. And the positive rate was 3.79%. 27 people were diagnosed with early or middle stage of tumor by imaging,endoscopy and pathological examination,and the tumor detection rate was 0.23%. The cost was reduced by RMB 4,752,636 yuan. Conclusion The multi -tumor markers protein chip technology is suitable for tumor screening in people's health check-up.
