基于实物操作的老年人日常问题解决能力测验对早期阿尔茨海默病的评测效果

摘要

Objective To explore the effects of performanced-based everyday cognition test assessing early Alzheimer's disease ( AD) .Methods 102 older adults were investigated by the performance-based test of everyday problem solving and mini-mental state exami-nation( MMSE) ,and the suspected cases of AD were diagnosed by experts.Results The scores gained by subjects with normal cognition on the performance-based test of everyday problem solving were significantly more than those of the subjects diagnosed as early AD.The scores gained by the normal cognitive ability on performance-based test had significant correlations with their scores on MMSE in most dimentions. Conclusions The performanced-based everyday cognition test is useful for assessing early AD.It will be an valuable auxiliary tool for diag-nosing the disease.%目的：探讨《基于实物操作的老年人日常问题解决能力测验》对早期阿尔茨海默病（ CAD）的评测效果。方法对102名老年人测试《基于实物操作的老年人日常问题解决能力测验》与《简易智能精神状态量表》（ MMSE），由专家对早期 AD疑似病例进行诊断。结果认知正常老年人无论是在分量表还是在总分上均明显高于早期AD老年人。 MMSE中除了定向力与回忆能力和实物操作测验的总分及分量表分均无显著相关外，其他能力皆与实物操作测验的总分或分量表分存在显著相关。结论基于实物操作的日常问题解决能力测验可以适用于对早期 AD的行为诊断中，既可在一定程度上替代已有的测验工具，也可给评测早期AD提供了一套新的辅助性工具。
