改良All-on-4即刻负重种植义齿的临床观察

摘要

Objective: To observe the clinical effects of reformed All-on-4 immediate loading implant full denture and investigate its key problems in clinical use. Methods: Six cases underwent reformed All-on-4 immediate implant for 40 implants, and immediate loading prosthesis were used. All cases were followed up for 18-24 months. Results: The implant stability in all cases were well with favorable masticatory function and no gingival hyperemia. Conclusions: It was shown that All-on-4 immediate loading implant full denture could be used with desirable clinical outcomes in selected cases.%目的:观察改良All-on-4即刻负重种植总义齿的临床效果,探讨其临床应用中的关键问题.方法:6例患者共计40枚种植体,采用改良All-on-4即刻负重义齿修复,观察时间18-24个月.结果:6例患者的种植体稳定,咀嚼功能好,牙龈无红肿,病例全部取得成功.结论:选择适当的病例,改良All-on-4即刻负重种植义齿修复可成功应用于临床,近期效果满意.
