从全面视角认识和处理缓解期炎症性肠病患者的肠易激综合征样症状

约1/3的缓解期炎症性肠病(IBD)患者存在类似于肠易激综合征(IBS)的腹痛伴腹泻症状,称之为“IBD-IBS”样症状.这些症状的出现给临床治疗带来一定困惑,并明显降低患者的生活质量.近年来,“IBD-IBS”样症状引起了IBD研究领域学者们的广泛关注.本文就缓解期IBD患者中IBS样症状的发生率、发病机制和临床治疗研究进展作一综述.%Symptoms compatible with irritable bowel syndrome (IBS) such as abdominal pain and diarrhea may co exist in approximately one-third of patients with quiescent inflammatory bowel disease (IBD),so called IBS-like symptoms.These symptoms present as a clinical dilemma for management of IBD and diminish the patients' quality of life remarkably.IBS-like symptoms raise much concern in the research field of IBD in recent years.In this article,the latest research progress focusing on the prevalence,pathogenesis and management of IBS-like symptoms coexisting with quiescent IBD was reviewed.
