摘要

Hydrogen sulfide was demonstrated as the third novel endogenous gaseous molecules in the body, with extensive biological effects. Recent studies prove its protective role in the process of the development of hepatic fibrosis. Its further study will provide a new direction for the clinical treatment of hepatic fibrosis and portal hypertension.%硫化氢被证实是存在于体内的第三种新型的内源性气体信号分子,有着广泛的生物学效应.近年研究证实其在肝纤维化的发生发展过程中起着重要的保护性作用.对其进一步的研究,将为肝纤维化及门脉高压的临床治疗提供新的方向.
