靶向药物的广泛应用极大地改善了晚期实体肿瘤患者的预后,而其诱导的高血压也越来越受到重视.本文聚焦于血管内皮生长因子抑制剂和酪氨酸激酶抑制剂诱导的高血压的发生机制、危险因素及其评估和管理.%With the expanding use of target agents in cancer therapy, the outcomes of patients with advanced solid tumors are dramatically improved, it is increasingly recognized that they are associated with hypertension. This manuscript focuses on hypertension induced by target agents such as vascular endothelial growth factor (VEGF) inhibitors and tyrosine kinase inhibitors (TKI), including mechanism, risk factors, evaluation and management of hypertension induced by these agents.
