Regarding to the shortcomings of larger volume, less portability, narrow linear range and others of the present market,up-conversion luminescence detection system,a subject is proposed based on up-conversion lumines-cence immunity analysis principle. It will make full use of the comprehensive knowledge of multiple disciplines inclu-ding electronics,photonics,mechanics and so on,conduct research and development on immune chromatography test paper strip up-conversion luminescence detection system driving. The main contents include optical system design, platform drive system design,embedded system design,computer system design. After experiments,it has good stability and measurement accuracy,the measurement relative error is less than 1.5%. The test shows that the test system meets the design requirements,and has certain application value.%针对目前市场上上转换发光检测系统体积较大、不具便携性、线性范围窄等缺点,基于上转换发光免疫分析原理,充分运用电子学、光电学、机械学等多个学科,对免疫层析试纸条上转换发光检测系统进行研究与开发.主要内容包含光学系统设计、平台驱动系统设计、嵌入式系统设计、计算机系统设计.通过测试,检测系统具有良好的稳定性与测量精度,测量相对误差小于1.5%,表明符合设计要求,具有一定的应用价值.
