他汀类药物与新发糖尿病关系的研究进展

摘要

他汀类药物可以显著降低动脉粥样硬化性血管病的发病率以及病死率，目前临床多用于心血管疾病和缺血性卒中的一级预防和二级预防。虽然患者对他汀具有很好的耐受性，但众多研究结果却提示他汀治疗可以增加患者发生糖尿病的风险。随着研究的进展，他汀治疗与糖尿病发病之间的机制得到进一步揭示，文章结合近年来他汀导致新发糖尿病的研究结果和可能的机制做一综述。%Statins can significantly reduce the morbidity and mortality of atheros-clerotic vascular disease,they are now widely utilized for the primary and seco-ndary prevention of cardiovascular diseases and ischemic stroke.Although statins are tolerated well by most patients,data from prospective and retrospective clinical trials and related meta-analyses suggest an increased risk of new-onset diabetes mellitus(NODM) in association with such treatment.With in-depth study,the mechani-sms between statins treatment and the diabetogenic effects of statins are further revealed, here we will review the results of re-cent years related to statin use and new-onset diabetes mellitus, and the potential mechanisms for this association.
