高血压前期合并糖耐量减低患者妊娠相关血浆蛋白A与白介素6水平变化及其临床意义的观察

摘要

Objective To study the levels of pregnancy associated plasma protein A (PAPP-A) and interleukin 6 (IL-6) in patients with prehypertension (PH) and IGT.Methods We recruited 100 prehypertension(PH) patients,among them 50 with normal glucose tolerance (NGT) and 50 with IGT.The levels of pregnancy associated plasma protein A and interleukin 6 were determined by ELISA.Results The levels of PAPP-A and IL-6 in patients with PH and IGT were higher than patients with PH and NGT [PAPP-A (12.43±3.65) vs (9.50±3.39) mU/L,IL-6 (101.64±19.13) vs (87.56±17.32)ng/L,all P＜0.05].Multivariate logistic regression analysis showed PAPP-A,IL-6,BMI and systolic blood pressure were predisposing risk factors for perhypertensive patients with IGT.Conclusion PAPP-A and IL-6 are enhanced in prehypertension with IGT.%目的 观察妊娠相关血浆蛋白A(PAPP-A)和白介素6(IL-6)在高血压前期(PH)合并IGT患者中的水平变化,并探讨其之间的关系. 方法 入选PH患者100例,其中合并IGT(PH +IGT)者50例,糖耐量正常(PH+NGT)者50例.采用ELISA法测血浆中PAPP-A、IL-6含量. 结果 PH+IGT组PAPP-A和IL-6水平高于PH+ NGT组[PAPP-A(12.43士3.65)vs(9.50士3.39)mU/L,IL-6(101.64±19.13)vs(87.56士17.32) ng/L,P＜0.05].多因素Logistic回归分析显示,PAPP-A和IL-6是IGT合并PH的部分危险因素. 结论 PH合并IGT患者PAPP-A和IL-6水平增高.
