Objective In order to explore the influence on Qinzhu Laingxue decoction combined with narrow-band ultraviolet B (NB-UVB) in treatment of psoriasis of blood heat syndrome on curative effect and T lymphocyte subsets and monocyte chemoattractant protein-1 (MCP-1), macrophage colony stimulating factor (M-CSF) levels. Methods All of 106 patients with blood heat syndrome of psoriasis vulgaris treated in our hospital were selected as the study objects, and they were divided into two groups according to random number table method, including 53 cases in each group. The control group were treated with NB-UVB, and the study group were treated with Qinzhu Laingxue decoction on the basis of the control group. Traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) symptom scores, skin lesion area and severity index, clinical efficacy were observed, and T lymphocyte subsets and MCP-1 and M-CSF levels were detected in the two groups. Results After treatment, the scores of TCM syndrome in two groups were significantly lower than those before treatment (P<0.05), and those in the study group were significantly lower than those in the control group (P<0.05). After treatment, skin lesions and severity index (scales, erythema and infiltration scores) in the two groups were significantly lower than those before treatment (P<0.05), and those in the study group were significantly lower than those in the control group (P <0.05). The total efficiency of study group was 90.57％, significantly higher than that of the control group (P<0.05). After treatment, CD3+, CD4+and CD4+/CD8+were significantly higher than those before treatment (P<0.05), and those in the study group were significantly higher than those in the control group (P<0.05). The levels of CD8+, MCP-1 and M-CSF in two groups were significantly lower than those before treatment (P<0.05), and those in the study group was significantly lower than those in the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion Qinzhu Laingxue decoction combined with NB-UVB can effectively improve the MCP-1, M-CSF levels and T lymphocyte subsets level of patients with blood heat syndrome of psoriasis vulgaris, and improve the clinical curative effect.%目的 观察芩珠凉血方配合窄谱中波紫外线 (NB-UVB) 治疗寻常型银屑病血热证疗效及对其T淋巴细胞亚群和单核细胞趋化蛋白-1 (MCP-1) 、巨噬细胞集落刺激因子 (M-CSF) 水平的影响.方法 将106例寻常型银屑病血热证患者按照随机数字表法分为2组, 各53例, 对照组给予NB-UVB治疗, 研究组在对照组基础上配合芩珠凉血方治疗.观察2组中医症候积分、银屑病皮损面积和严重程度指数 (PASI) 评分、临床疗效, 检测T淋巴细胞亚群和MCP-1、M-CSF水平.结果 治疗后2组中医症候积分显著低于治疗前 (P<0.05), 且研究组显著低于对照组 (P<0.05);治疗后2组皮损面积及PASI评分 (鳞屑、红斑、浸润) 显著低于治疗前 (P<0.05), 且研究组显著低于对照组 (P<0.05);研究组总有效率90.57％显著高于对照组73.58％ (P<0.05);治疗后2组CD3+、CD4+、CD4+/CD8+显著高于治疗前 (P<0.05), 且研究组显著高于对照组 (P<0.05), 2组CD8+、MCP-1、M-CSF水平显著低于治疗前 (P<0.05), 且研究组显著低于对照组 (P<0.05) .结论 芩珠凉血方配合NB-UVB可有效改善寻常型银屑病血热证患者MCP-1、M-CSF水平和T淋巴细胞亚群水平, 提高临床疗效.
