芩柏凝胶外用治疗血热证银屑病临床疗效观察

摘要

目的 观察芩柏凝胶外用在治疗血热证银屑病的治疗作用及安全性.方法 采用平行对照研究的方法,将60例患者分为芩柏凝胶组和芩柏软膏组,分别采用芩柏凝胶及芩柏软膏外涂患处,2组均口服凉血活血汤,治疗8周,记录银屑病皮损面积和严重程度指数(PASI)评分的改善情况,并观察药物的安全性.结果 芩柏凝胶组治疗后的总有效率为83.3％,芩柏软膏组的总有效率为83.3％.2组临床疗效,差异无统计学意义(x2=0,P=1＞0.05).表明芩柏凝胶在临床疗效上与芩柏软膏相似.结论 芩柏凝胶治疗血热证银屑病疗效好,安全性高,使用方便,患者依从性好,值得临床借鉴.%Objective To investigate the efficacy and safety of Qinbai gel in treating psoriasis in the stage of blood-heat syndrome type.Methods 60 patients with psoriasis vulgaris were assigned to two groups-Qinbai gel group and QBO groupwith parallel study.Two groups were used Qinbai gel and QBO on lesions tor 8 weeks,and both were orally Liangxue Huoxue Decoction.We record the situation of psoriasis area and Severity Index (PASI) integral,and to observe the safety of the drug.Results After the treatment of Qinbai gel,the total effective rate was 83.3％; QBO group,the total effective rate was 83.3％.Clinical efficacy by chi-square test,x2=0,P=1 ＞0.05,not statistically significant.It shows that Qinbai gel is similar with QBO in the clinical efficacy.Conclusion Qinbai gel has a santisfying efficacy,safety and dependence in the treatment of bloodheat syndrome Psoriasis,which makes it worthy of popularizing in the clinic.
