复发性缺血性卒中相关危险因素研究进展

摘要

Ischemic stroke has a high disability rate,mortality and recurrence rate.The term of recurrent ischemic stroke is patient's conditions occur again after improvement or recovery of ischemic stroke.The disability rate and mortality of recurrent ischemic stroke will be significantly higher than those after the first onset.In this paper,the related risk factors for recurrent ischemic stroke were reviewed to provide the basis of secondary prevention for ischemic stroke,and to reduce the incidence of recurrent ischemic stroke.%缺血性卒中具有较高的病残率、病死率和复发率.复发性缺血性卒中系指经治疗后症状好转或痊愈的患者再次出现新的症状,其病残率和病死率显著高于首次发作患者.为降低缺血性卒中复发率,为其二级预防提供相关依据,本文拟对复发性缺血性卒中相关危险因素进行综述.
