工程机械动力总成试验台设计

         

摘要

Due that the normal working conditions of construction machinery are analogous to the bad conditions of ordinary vehicles under the periodic fluctuation with large loading,a very strict requirement is postulated on transient dynamic performance of the power system.Accordingly,the performance of the integrated hydraulic power system directly determines that of vehicles,such as fuel consumption,efficiency and coordination.In order to test and optimize the matching performance of hydraulic power system,the comprehensive performance test-bench,which contains three linear loading and three torque loading channels,is designed based on mechanical,electrical and fluid matching performances.To this end,the test-bench can be applied for performance testing on not only excavator and bulldozer but also other construction machinery through modification.%工程机械的正常工况可以类比为一般车辆的恶劣工况,即大负荷周期性波动,这对动力系统的瞬时动力性能提出了非常严酷的要求.液压-动力系统集成匹配性能的优劣直接决定了油耗、效率、协调性等整车性能.为针对动力液压系统的匹配性能进行测试优化,设计了工程机械机、电、液匹配综合性能试验台.试验台包含3个直线加载通道和3个扭矩加载通道,不仅可以满足对挖掘机、推土机的性能测试,通过简单改装也可用于各种工程机械的性能测试.
