构建标准化口腔临床实习质量评价体系的探索和实践

摘要

临床实习是医学教育最重要的组成部分,临床实习的质量直接关系到医学人才的培养.对临床实习质量进行科学、系统、准确的评价已成为当前医学教育改革和探索的热点.通过建立以日常训练、经治病例报告、临床操作考试“三位一体”的实习生临床综合能力评价体系,科学、系统、量化地对临床实习教学质量进行评估,从而达到“以评促教”、“以评促学”,全面促进口腔临床实习教学和临床能力的培养.%The clinical practice of dental interns is an integral part for dental education, the quality of thernpractice therefore directly relates to the upbringing of clinical skills . Scientifical, systematical and precise evaluation of the quality of clinical skills of dental interns has been the focus of the current dental education reform. It is designed to establish a comprehensive evaluation system for interns' clinical skills by combining daily training, sample reporting and clinical operation tests. The evaluation may improve the clinical abilities of the dental interns.
