供体因素对牙周膜干细胞生物学特性影响的研究进展

摘要

牙周膜干细胞（PDLSC）是一种位于牙周膜中的成体干细胞，具有较强的自我更新能力及多向分化潜能，在组织工程研究中有较大的应用价值。但不同供体来源的 PDLSC 在增殖、分化、迁移等生物学特性上则表现出一定的差异，并与诸多供体因素如年龄、组织来源、局部炎症、高糖环境、吸烟等密切相关，从而影响其在组织再生应用中的效果。本文就供体因素对 PDLSC 生物学特性的影响作一综述。%As a kind of adult stem cell located in the periodontal ligament,periodontal ligament stem cell has great abilities in self-renewing and multi-differentiation,which contributes to its great values in tissue engineering research.Proliferation,differentiation,migration and other biological characteristics of periodontal ligament stem cell can be influenced by donor related factors such as the age of donor,tissue sources,inflammatory environment,high glucose condition,smoking and so on.In this paper,we review the recent research progress of the effects of donor fac-tors on the biological characteristics of periodontal ligament stem cell.
